Landscape Master Plan
A Landscape Master Plan is the best option for planning out in detail your new landscape and bringing your dreams to life. It provides all the information you or your contractor needs to complete your outdoor living space and add value to your home. You might benefit from a Landscape Master Plan if:

Landscape Master Plans are $1,000, or $1,500 if a pool is to be included in the design. Please note, a 60% down-payment is required to book the appointment and begin the design process with the remaining balance due upon completion and presentation of the design.

We will discuss your design needs and wants and if interested in proceeding, we will book an appointment at a time which works best for you. During the appointment, we'll discuss scope of work and landscape spaces involved, review our previous discussion, and I'll ask you additional questions regarding the design.
After our discussion, I will take measurements and a site inventory of the space before returning my office to begin working on the design.
Time to completion of the design depends on the complexity of your needs and wants for the space and will be discussed after visiting the site and further discussion.
Upon completion of the design, I will set up an appointment to present the design. Landscape Master Plans come with two free revisions.
